No slide tackles.
All players are allowed in the penalty box and can score from anywhere.
Goalkeepers are NOT allowed out of the penalty box, If this happens a penalty kick will be awarded.
When the ball goes out of play then to start again will be a kick in.
Teams must not use players from other teams unless already agreed by their opposition on the night or in case of emergency.
Foul and abusive language, violent conduct and persistent fouling will result in a 2 minute sin bin. If this behaviour persists then it may result in a red card, if it carries on during the rest of the league season then the team/player may be ejected from the league.
Abuse towards referees will not be tolerated and if a team continually does this then they will be removed from the league.
Any game abandoned by the referee will be replayed at a later date unless decided otherwise by league organiser.
Goalkeepers cannot kick the ball out of their hands, if they do this will result in an indirect free kick to the attacking team.
Goal kicks can be taken off the floor and must be taken on the by line.
All Penalties are no more than a 1 step run up.
If the keeper rolls you the ball it must be touched by at least 1 other outfield player before you can pass it back to him and him pick it up.
After your fixture your manager must go to a Pro Soccer 6 member of staff and pay your match fee in full unless you pay by transfer.
REGULATIONS
Any cancellation with less than 36 hours notice or a no show will result in a fine totalling that week’s match fees for your team and a 3-0 loss.
If you’re match fees are not paid in full you have till the following weeks game to clear the difference or your next game will be cancelled and you will not be given another fixture until balance is paid.
All team members must either be in football kit or in the same colour shirts as each other.
All team members are asked to be at the football ground at least 5 minutes before there kick off so the games can start promptly.
Please advise that all team members play football at their own risk and that Pro Soccer 6 does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.
Match Fees (TBC) are per team, per week. Each game will be 38 minutes long at Carrington and 28 Minutes at South Park.
Fully qualified, F.A affiliated referees will be in charge of the games.
The league will run on the basis of 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, in the result of 2 teams finishing on the same points then goal difference will be used to decide who finishes higher, if that is the same then we will go to head to head results then goals scored.
Teams will be divided into even divisions on each night and promotion/relegation will occur at the end of each season
We are an FA affiliated league so matters that occur in our leagues around discipline and monetary issues can be referred to the Surrey FA for judgement and potential action could be taken by them.
Our venues have their own rules and we must adhere to those, any actions or behaviours that jeopardise our relationships or bookings with our venues will likely result in a warning then expulsion for repetition of those actions.
